We’ve drunk our fair share of Whisky both good and bad, a pursuit which led us to Walter.

Walter is a labour of love. A passion project that started over 5 years ago. A big dream to create premium small-batch whisky. 

As chefs turned distillers we wanted to marry tradition with innovation. A fusion of flavours meticulously curated to offer a sensory journey through the world.

On the nose, Walter brings notes of caramel, vanilla, coffee, dried apricots, floral pear and spicy white pepper.

The palate is creamy with notes of butterscotch, spice, maple and mild oak, leading into a long and complex finish.
