As Anthony Bourdain once said, drink enough bad whisky and you’ll know when you’re drinking good whisky. “It’s like driving a Prius your whole life, then suddenly being put behind the wheel of a Ferrari Dino. You can’t believe it”.  We’ve drunk our fair share of Whisky both good and bad, a pursuit which led us to Walter. 

Walter is a labour of love. A passion project that started over 5 years ago. A big dream to create premium small-batch whisky.  As chefs turned distillers we wanted to marry tradition with innovation. A fusion of flavours meticulously curated to offer a sensory journey through the world.

PALATE - Spice, maple, butterscotch, cream, mild oak.

NOSE - Caramel, vanilla, coffee, dried apricots, floral pear, spicy white pepper

18+ only.
